(1) Entrants must be aged 18 or over.

(2) The closing date for applications is midnight on the 28th March 2010.
Applications after this time may not be considered.

(3) Video pitches must be no longer than 2 minutes in length

(4) The videos will be uploaded to our website and public voting will commence on the 5th April 2010.

(5) Public Voting for the videos will end at midnight on the 2nd May 2010.

(6) The Judging panel will agree a short-list of applicants and they will be invited to take part in an informal interview. Dates for this are yet to be agreed. It is likely that this process will take place during the first two weeks of May 2010.

(7) Wellington Market Company PLC and its operating company Town and Country Markets Ltd reserve the right to not publish any video that they deem to be inappropriate.

(8) No correspondence will be entered into and the Judges’ decision is final.

(9) The votes gained from the public voting will contribute towards the short-listing process and the Judges’ decision will carry more weight.

(10) The support that will be given to the successful applicant will be worth up to £50,000 and would comprise of financial support, rent incentives, marketing and general business support for the successful business. No cash prize is being offered.
